एक्सरसाइज नहीं छोड़ते हैं अमिताभ

अमिताभ बच्चन इस उम्र में भी एक्सरसाइज को लेकर काफी डिसिप्लिन्ड हैं। समय की कमी, काम का बोझ और उम्र का प्रभाव भी उनकी एक्सरसाइज के रूटीन को प्रभावित नहीं कर पाते हैं। किसी वजह से अगर बच्चन साहब सुबह वर्कआउट करने नहीं पहुंच पाते तो वे शाम को जिम जाने का पूरा प्रयास करते हैं। मशहूर फिटनेस ट्रेनर और डायटीशियन वृंदा मेहता उनकी नियमित वर्कआउट में मदद करती हैं। अमिताभ रोजाना योगासन भी करते हैं।

चाय-कॉफी नहीं पीते

आपको जानकर हैरानी होगी कि अमिताभ बच्चन न तो चाय पीते है और न ही कॉफी। हालांकि अमिताभ पहले कॉफी पीते थे मगर पिछले कुछ साल पहले उन्होंने चाय-कॉफी पीना छोड़ दिया है। चाय और कॉफी में कैफीन की मात्रा काफी होती है, जो एक उम्र के बाद काफी नुकसानदायक हो सकता है। इसका असर दिमाग और याददाश्त पर भी पड़ता है।

अपना लिया पूरी तरह शाकाहार

अमिताभ बच्चन पूरी तरह शाकाहारी हैं। तीन साल पहले के एक इंटरव्यू में उन्होंने बताया था कि पहले वो नॉनवेज फूड्स खाते थे मगर कुछ सालों पहले उन्होंने मांसाहार को त्याग दिया और पूरी तरह शाकाहारी हो गए। आपको बता दें कि मांसाहारी भोजन में विटामिन्स और फैट तो होते हैं मगर ये गरिष्ठ होता है, जिसे पचाने में पेट को ज्यादा मेहनत करनी पड़ती है। वहीं सब्जियों और फलों से सभी प्रकार के विटामिन्स के साथ-साथ एंटीऑक्सीडेंट्स और मिनरल्स भी मिल जाते हैं।

नो कोल्ड ड्रिंक, नो सोडा वाटर

अमिताभ बच्चन न तो कोल्ड ड्रिंक्स पीते हैं और न ही सोडा। एक इंटरव्यू में उन्होंने बताया कि वो कार्बोनेटेड ड्रिंक्स नहीं लेते हैं। कोल्ड ड्रिंक और पैकेट बंद फ्रूट ड्रिंक्स को कार्बोनेट किया जाता है और इसमें शुगर की मात्रा बहुत ज्यादा होती है इसलिए ये स्वास्थ्य के लिए नुकसानदायक होते हैं।

शराब और बियर से बनाई दूरी

शायद आप भी यही मानते होंगे फिल्मी हस्तियों में शराब और बियर की आदत कॉमन होती है। मगर आपको बता दें कि अमिताभ बच्चन ने 38 साल पहले शराब छोड़ दी थी और तब से उन्होंने शराब और बियर से पूरी तरह दूरी बना ली है। एल्कोहल वाले पदार्थों का आपके पूरे शरीर और दिमाग पर बुरा असर पड़ता है।

स्मोकिंग बहुत पहले छोड़ दी

अमिताभ बच्चन फिल्मी पर्दे पर स्क्रिप्ट के मुताबिक भले सिगरेट पीते नजर आ जाएं, मगर असल जिंदगी में वो धूम्रपान नहीं करते हैं। ये बात सच है कि अमिताभ पहले सिगरेट पीते थे मगर कुछ समय पहले उन्होंने स्मोकिंग छोड़ दी थी। सिगरेट का आपके स्वास्थ्य पर बुरा असर पड़ता है। इसे छोड़ने के लिए काफी इच्छाशक्ति की जरूरत पड़ती है मगर अगर आप लंबे समय तक स्वस्थ रहना चाहते हैं, तो आपको भी सिगरेट छोड़ देनी चाहिए।

नींबू-पानी पीना है पसंद

एक इंटरव्यू में अमिताभ बताते हैं कि पीने के नाम पर वो सिर्फ पानी और नींबू-पानी ही पीते हैं। पानी पीना स्वास्थ्य के लिए बहुत जरूरी है और नींबू पानी आपके पाचन और पेट को बेहतर रखता है।

मिठाइयों और चावल से दूरी

अमिताभ बच्चन न तो मिठाइयां खाते हैं और न ही चावल खाते हैं, यानी शुगर और कार्ब्स दोनों से उन्होंने दूरी बना ली है। हालांकि एक समय उन्हें जलेबियां और खीर बहुत पसंद थीं, मगर कुछ साल पहले उन्होंने ये सब छोड़ दिया है। सफेद चावल में कार्बोहाइड्रेट ज्यादा होता है इसलिए इसका ज्यादा सेवन सेहत के लिए अच्छा नहीं माना जाता है।
